Scope of Professional Services
Services provided are strictly limited to those outlined in signed engagement letters. Additional requests outside the agreed scope will require supplemental authorization and fee arrangements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely financial records, source documents, and disclosures necessary for the execution of accounting and tax engagements.
Fees and Billing Terms
Invoices for professional services are due upon receipt unless otherwise stipulated in the client engagement letter. Overdue balances may accrue interest and impact ongoing service delivery.
Limitation of Professional Liability
Our liability arising from professional engagements is limited in accordance with the professional liability insurance standards and bylaws governing Chartered Professional Accountants in Ontario.
